Friday, 06/28/24
* Hotel Check-In @ 4pm
* Meet/Greet & Business Meeting @ 5pm - 7:15pm (Terrace room)
* Night on DC Tour - 7:30pm - 10:30pm (Limited Space)
- Tour focuses on the Monuments and Memorials of the National Mall. Beautiful lit up after dark and includes a picture stop at the White House. ($46/person) - Tour will be 2-3 hours - transportation provided
Saturday 06/29/24
* Breakfast @ hotel from 7am - 10am.
* African American History Museum @ 9:30am - 2:30pm (limited space)
(cost is $20/person, transportation provided) - group photo @ location
* Family Photo - 3pm - location TBD
* Banquet (Melanin Poppin') - @ 6pm - 10pm (Potomac Ballroom) - Dress Attire - Casual
- Bring your money for family historey B-I-N-G-O (fundraiser) $5 a card

* Prayer Service 10am
* Hotel Check-Out @ 12 Noon (Safe Travels)
